05.02.2027 - SIGNS OF THE SWARM

How your ticket works

After ordering you will receive an official ticket voucher by post. Bring it with you on the night of the event - it is usually exchanged for a regular hard ticket at the door.

The voucher is freely transferable: if you can't make it yourself, anyone else can use it to get in.

Please note: concert tickets are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal (Section 312g of the German Civil Code). A return is only possible if the event is cancelled or postponed - in that case we will proactively contact you.

Shipping

We ship within Germany via DHL. Tickets go out by post on the next business day after payment is received; merchandise ships within 1-3 business days depending on stock.

For shipping costs see delivery and shipping costs. International shipping available on request.

Returns

Merchandise can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason, provided it is unworn and in its original condition. Tickets are excluded from the right of withdrawal - see the ticket information on the respective ticket page.
