How your ticket works
After ordering you will receive an official ticket voucher
by post. Bring it with you on the night of the event - it is usually exchanged
for a regular hard ticket at the door.
The voucher is freely transferable: if you can't make it
yourself, anyone else can use it to get in.
Please note: concert tickets are excluded from the
statutory right of withdrawal (Section 312g of the German Civil Code).
A return is only possible if the event is cancelled or postponed - in that
case we will proactively contact you.
