Shipping
We ship within Germany via DHL. Tickets go out by post on the next business
day after payment is received; merchandise ships within 1-3 business days
depending on stock.

Returns
Merchandise can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason, provided
it is unworn and in its original condition. Tickets are excluded from the right
of withdrawal - see the ticket information on the respective ticket page.
