Payment Terms

Please note

For orders paid by advance payment/bank transfer, payment must be received in our account at least 2 working days before the concert, as otherwise timely delivery of the concert tickets cannot be guaranteed.

Should there be a delay in the receipt of payment, we charge a chargeback fee of 2 EUR.

Orders via PayPal (and payment) are possible up to 2 days before the concert.

Should the postal service nevertheless fail to deliver in time, please send us an e-mail by the afternoon of the concert day at the latest to let us know - we will then arrange admission via your name and cancel the exchange voucher!
